Description

Two Iso8601UtilConfiguration objects have the same value if each of their fractionalSecondPrecision, omitColonInZoneDesignator, useCommaForDecimalSign, and useZAbbreviationForUtc attributes (respectively) have the same value.

true if the objects have the same value, and false otherwise
