Format value to out using the ISO 8601 time layout.

Format one recognized specifier from *specInOut into *outIt.

parseDefault

Parse a time that will be formatted in default mode.

parseIso8601

Parse a time that will be formatted in Iso8601 mode.

parseNextModifier

Parse a format modifier from the front of *specInOut if present.

parseNextSpecifier

Parse the next recognized time format specifier from *specInOut.

postprocess

Read post‐processed fields from the specified spec that are relevant to this specifier formatter.

totalWidth

Return the anticipated formatted width for the specified value.
