`operator=`	Assignment operators
`convertInitializerBitRange` [virtual]	Convert the bit range `Bits` to an initializer.
`convertInitializerTo` [virtual]	Convert this initializer to `Ty.`
`dump`	Debugging method that may be called through a debugger; just invokes print on stderr.
