Splice a basic block at an IRBuilder insertion point.

    IRBuilder<>& Builder,
    BasicBlock* New,
    bool CreateBranch);

Description

Its new insert location will stick to after the instruction before the insertion point (instead of moving with the instruction the InsertPoint stores internally).

Builder

IRBuilder whose insertion point marks the splice location.

New

Destination basic block receiving the moved instructions.

CreateBranch

When true, insert a branch from the source block to New.
