Remove memory attributes incompatible with ASan/HWASan instrumentation.

Description

Sanitizer checks invalidate previously inferred memory attributes on instrumented or intercepted functions. When ReadsArgMem is true, argument memory may be read by instrumentation and writeonly attributes must be removed.
