Concatenate errors from E1 followed by those from E2.

Description

The resulting Error is unchecked, and contains the ErrorInfo(s), if any, contained in E1, followed by the ErrorInfo(s), if any, contained in E2.

Return Value

An Error containing the payloads of E1 followed by those of E2.
