NameDescription
kOlcAttempts Cached-path OLC + one root-reload retry before falling back to locked HOH.
kReadSpins Spin budget for an active writer before AdaptiveReadGuard takes the shared lock. ARM: fewer spins because isb is heavier than x86 pause.
kSeqlockRetries Same-leaf optimistic-miss retries before broader escalation. Sized to absorb a brief writer epoch.
