folly::threadlocal_detail::ThreadEntrySet::getPtrForThread

Helper function for debugging checks. Fetch ptr for a given ThreadEnrtry. Used to sanity check the value in ElementDisposeInfo wrapper matches the ElementWrapper array used for fast access from the thread itself.
