folly::settings::SettingsAccessorProxy::setFromString

Sets value of settingName into newValue with reason set to reason. The change will be applied to the folly::settings::Snapshot associated with SettingsAccessorProxy. This function will do setting name expantion via toFullyQualifiedName() if needed.
