Compare two extended public keys for equality of all fields (excluding version).

NOTE

This function is a hidden friend of CExtPubKey, declared only inside that class: it can be found only through argument-dependent lookup.

Return Value

true if depth, fingerprint, child index, chain code and pubkey are equal.
