Pass the specified object to the specified hashAlg.

Note	This function is a hidden friend of ConvertFromJsonOptions, declared only inside that class: it can be found only through argument-dependent lookup.

This function integrates with the bslh modular hashing system and effectively provides a bsl::hash specialization for ConvertFromJsonOptions.
